The following outlines our policies and procedures to ensure a seamless process should a refund or return be considered required. All refunds and returns are handled and decided on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, absolutely!

We’ll make sure the purchased goods and flowers are delivered on the chosen day. To have the goods delivered the same day they are ordered, same-day deliveries must be made by the deadline – 1:00pm.

The receiver or customer will be called or texted if no one is available to pick up the flowers. The flowers will be left in water at the address if it’s safe to do so. A call will be made to the recipient or customer if the property is inaccessible (for example, due to locked gates or guard dogs).

The recipient might have to pick up the items from the store in order to avoid paying a redelivery fee if the delivery was unsuccessful and all attempts were made by the courier.

The prices advertised are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Delivery fees are not included in product prices. In addition to Visa and MasterCard, we accept most debit and credit cards. The information associated with your credit or debit card will never be stored or accessed by us.

Refunds or replacements are processed as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. If a refund is given, it will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase or to the PayPal account used for the order. 

In the event that an order is flagged as high risk or fraudulent, the order will be cancelled before fulfillment and a full refund will be issued. No exceptions.

The Flower Man must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery if your flower arrangement perishes or is damaged. We will gladly replace or refund the arrangement to the value purchased if you are unsatisfied, however we reserve the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. Upon receiving your flowers, please notify our team of any dissatisfaction with their freshness or quality. Issues raised afterward will be considered at our discretion, but we reserve the right to refuse refunds or reshipments.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. You can only return or refund a product if you believe it is faulty or the service is inadequate.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order placed on The Flower Man website, they must do so at least 24 hours before the order is delivered. Cancellations received after the order has been delivered cannot be refunded. If the arrangement is ready and awaiting delivery, The Flower Man reserves the right to refuse the cancellation request. The cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the customer provides incorrect delivery information, for example, the incorrect address or name of the recipient.
